Young, quiet, working professional looking to rent two bedrooms (shared bathroom for 2 tenants) in a 3 bedroom bungalow. I am social but like my space and quiet time. Bedrooms are unfurnished (can provide furnishings for one room, if required) but the remainder of the home has some furnishings so it's perfect for young adults moving out on their own for the first time or international travelers / students. Shared kitchen, living, and dining room. Shared laundry in basement. Property hosts large backyard and covered gazebo perfect for entertaining. I ask that any smoking be done outside, including vapes. Updated interior complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Lots of natural light throughout the home. Tenants must be ok with dogs as I own two barbets which are super friendly and hypoallergenic. Pictures contain current occupant's belongings so there will be some changes upon possession date.
