To be approved you must make minimal net income requirement 2.5 times the rent, have no eviction within SEVEN years, and cannot owe an apartment complex. Application is $65 per adult, processing fee is $100 and security deposit is one month rent (credit based). If your credit is below 625 then due at move-in you will owe additional deposit + the 1st month rent. We can hold a unit until move in w/ an approved application and deposit for 30 days max.
