One bedroom furnished suite on walkway in Signal Hill with your own entrance and outdoor patio facing the garden. This suite is suitable for one person or a couple and not suitable for a family. Full kitchen with lots of storage and a large fridge. Bathroom has a very deep soaker tub and shower. Living room has a gas fireplace, lots of storage for books and movies and a large tv with cable. Bedroom has a queen bed and lots of closet space. . Huge oven and counter and mounted plates for cooking. Shared washer dryer on main level. Space outside for a BBQ on patio that already has a table and chairs. Please, no smoking in or on the property. We would consider an indoor cat for an extra non refundable $50 per month. Please email me as our phone is not being reliable.
