Apartment has wood laminate flooring and stainless-steel appliances it is located in an apartment complex. Apartment is being rented for $950 there is application fee of $75 per adult. Move in fees will be first month rent of $950 plus security deposit of at least $950 plus admin fee of $150. You must be able to provide proof of income of at least $2850 a month.
