It’s 1 min to the new Central Library, Bell Studio and the City Hall Train Station, 5-8 minute walk to Stampede ground and Scotiabank Saddle dome (home to NHL Flames), and steps to St. Patrick’s Island. Enjoy the location with coffee shops, parks and the river close by. Bicycle storage in the basement. Lots of free street parking lots along 8 Ave SE from 6PM to 9AM.
