This cottage also has a seasonal you-pick garden. The yard is maintained by the owner and the backyard is shared with a Tiny Home. A minimum credit score of 650 and a background screening are required. Renters must also carry and share proof of renter's insurance. The rental rate is based on the length of stay. Respectful pet owners are welcome, and a fee of $50 per pet is required with a maximum of two pets allowed. No showings are available.
