Well hello! I'm Alex. I'm your new best apartment finding genie in a bottle friend. You're at that concert you really like, you know, the one with that band you've been following since "before they were cool". Of course, now everyone else has caught up to your keen sense of musical wisdom, and that band is now big. Like, headliner big. As the lead singer envelopes the crowd with her melodious tunes she locks eyes with you, and stops abruptly.

"You!" she yells. "You're that one with that sweet apartment, the one with the subway tile backsplash, and the spacious kitchen island!" It becomes readily apparent that she knows about those fancy brunches you've started throwing hosting, and that she's mildly peeved that you haven't invited her yet.
