Bedrooms are unfurnished (can provide furnishings for one room, if required) but the remainder of the home has some furnishings so it's perfect for young adults moving out on their own for the first time or international travelers / students. Shared kitchen, living, and dining room. Shared laundry in basement. Property hosts large backyard and covered gazebo perfect for entertaining.
