We will make a risk management assessment of all applicants for tenancy quality, then one of three choices will be made: 1. Approve (1st month + Sec Dep at signing of lease), or 2. Conditional approval (1st month + Last month + Sec Dep at signing of lease), or 3. Denial of application and Tenancy
