Our on-site management team, laundry room, elevator, and outdoor patio enhance your living experience. In our apartments, you will find options with dishwashers and private balconies. Choose from standard or renovated apartments, with renovations focusing on upgraded kitchens, including new appliances, counters, and cabinets. Flooring options include both hardwood floors and carpets. Gas is included in the rent, while water, trash, and sewage are billed separately. Please note that Broadview only allows service animals, and no pets are permitted in the building. Our building features 16 floors, including a basement level and a penthouse level. We offer Lease Protect as an alternative to a traditional security deposit, ranging from $199-$299. Standard security deposit options are 1x rent or 1.5x rent for conditional approvals. Applicants must have a gross income of 2.5x the rent and we accept various forms of proof of income, including pay stubs, F-1 visas, offer letters, tuition letters, child support, savings account statements, grants, government benefits, trust funds, and previous tax statements for self-employed individuals. Occupancy limits are set at a maximum of two people for studios and three people for one-bedroom apartments.
